Purchase terms

CITYGRAPH is operated by Tim Sullivan as a sole proprietor. Purchases are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions.

$19 assessment review packet

One plain PDF made in your browser from the free on-screen assessment review. It includes the checklist, matching passages and page labels, items needing a closer look, outdated or missing evidence, what to check next and official sources.

$19 checked file

One downloadable JSON file for the exact checked record shown before checkout. It includes the original paragraph, corrected wording, verdicts, official estimates, margins of error, release period and source links.

$59 service-area file

One downloadable CSV for the selected official county or Census place. It includes all eight supported measures, their population groups, estimates, 90% margins of error, release period, tables and source links.

$249 studio pack

Ten checked-file downloads. The pack is connected to the browser used for checkout and does not include service-area files. Re-downloading the same exact checked record does not use a second credit.

What it does not buy

Payment never turns an unchecked sentence into a confirmed one. CITYGRAPH does not promise grant eligibility, funding, legal compliance or professional advice. You remain responsible for the funder's rules and final submission.

Delivery

The draft stays in the browser and checkout uses a random purchase reference that is not made from the file. Return to the same browser and assessment tab after payment, then save the packet. The studio-pack reference for the separate checked-file product remains in that browser for later checks. If the browser no longer has a paid file or pack, contact support with the Stripe receipt.

Refunds and corrections

Ask within 14 days for a refund if the file was not delivered or a CITYGRAPH system error materially changed an official value or source. Requests based on a funder's decision or on an unsupported measure are not eligible.
